Dear realtor,
Most agencies have in place policies to discourage internal transfer, therefore I can understand how you as I have a similar experience back then when I first started out in this industry. Not knowing what are the considerations to make back then, I first joined a manager who are not interested to develop me as a realtor but merely passing me low quality leads to follow up on, asking me to attend trainings with no direction given to me to grow in this business.
I was fortunate that my passion for this industry did not die off after 12 months where I managed to join my current team and have never looked back since for the past 13 years. With an effective mentoring system in place, a systematic training approach and a great culture of love, care and share where I believe no other teams or agencies can boast of, I grew as a realtor with zero network, zero skills and zero knowledge, picking up the proper skills set and knowledge and being promoted to the deputy head of department now, being tasked to grow the next batch of producers.
With weekly activities in place for all our associates, we also have weekly coaching sessions where associates are being mentored to progress to the next stage, on top of supplementing with corporate level training programs.
