I have just signed the otp to sell my EC. Otp wll be exercised on 17 Sep. I have bought a place yet, thinking to buy one property for stay and another one for rental. Shortlisted Panorama for stay and currently looking for another property in D11/D12/D14/D15 which has just TOP for stay before Panorama completion. This place will be for rental when we moved to Panorama. My budget is ard 900k , ideally 2bedrm or 1+1.
Can I check how fast can I purchase the new property? Can the transaction be completed less than 3 mths considering if I buy directly from developer for those TOP units?

Hi, can I check how many weeks to completion is stated on the OTP? Currently there are a number of units left at Panorama and I hope that I could assist you further. Hear from you soon.

Hi, and to add on, the moment the buyer exercises the OTP, you will be deem to have dispose off your current unit and could then purchase the next one.

Have you shortlisted the property for temporary occupation? Or do you have anything in mind?

Maybe you can share more with me so I will be in a better position to advise you.

Normally for private sale, option period is usually 2 weeks while completion period is 8 to 12 weeks. So if it's 10 weeks, logically your request is possible especially those balance units in just TOP projects.

Do share with me what's the completion period for your EC sale. So I can advise further whether can your request be achieved.

We will need to understand your capital flow before working on the timeline. If you opt to purchase Panorama first, your second purchase will be subjected to ABSD. You can only obtain 50% loan for your second property. Therefore, it would be ideal to have to financial overview being worked out before moving forward.
