If you were to sell now, will you plan to purchase again and in that scenario, be subjected to ABSD? While the current resale market is definitely good, proper planning will still be applicable because whatever the market is willing to pay for may not be able to meet your post sales plans if any. Resale demand for bigger units and rental demand are pretty high at the moment.

If your unit's value has been stagnant or depreciating and rental is not moving much, perhaps you might want to consider to recycle the funds on another property instead.
