Hi,
I have a resale 4 room flat, currently still under servicing loan. We are interested to get an EC but knowing the situation we intend to do the following if it is advisable.
1. HDB loan left 30K, which we intend to pay off the loan.
2. We can't sell the flat now because of logistic issues. So contra off not a solution.
3. Little cash / no CPF situation whereby we only have enough for 5% down payment.
4. Currently we are also servicing car loan and with a combined income of 12K, we intend to take up personal loan for down payment.
Is bank able to bridge the loan under this situation?
