Its currently in the planning phase as announced by LTA and planned for 2030 completion. Is that a timeline you are planning with?

You may not like what I will be touching on, however, to be frank with you, it is definitely not a good time to sell, however, it is unlikely going to be good time to sell moving ahead within the next couple of years, and there is still potential for the situation to be worse than now.
For a property that is purchased purely for investment, I would gather that it will be best to liquidate and move to other investments, which I understand that potentially there will be no gains made, however, in investments, you win some and you lose some.
If this property is purely for your own stay, then my question for you is why are you considering selling it now? Is there anything else which you are eyeing potentially available to purchase at a significantly lower price which was not so affordable back then?

My personal opinion is that if you have bought the unit for investment, you should consider selling now since the interest rates are rising and there are a lot of new supply of units coming up in the vicinity. Rental will remain weak in the near future with low upside of capital appreciation.
You may want to cash out and put your money in other instruments that potentially can get you a better returns.
