Hi, I have a hdb w/o loan. Looking for a 2nd property for a new private condo. Have $120K cash plus cpf.Combine income $8k. Any recomendation? Thanks.

Afternoon Allen,
Before I can make any recommendation, there are a few concerns which might need to be addressed:
1) Have you set aside the CPF minimum sum for the $120k at hand?
2) How much loan are the bank can you get?
3) Which area do you prefer or what is the main purpose of this second property?
4) Are you required to sell off the HDB flat to finance the upcoming purchase?
