Hi I have a genuine question I would really like an honest answer to. If I see a property I like on the guru, should I ring up the agent directly or should I get the agent I know to contact him/her on my behalf? If I go direct, are there better chances of me bargaining the price since the agent will not have to share the commission? Thank you in advance.

Hi J,

If you already have an agent looking after yoir requirements for purchase, leave the search to him/her. Who knows that he may have already contacted the listing agent of the property you fancy? If he has not, is it a case where both of you has not communicated the requirements in details or your agent is too busy to follow up on your requirements?
