Hi, I have 100k cash on hand and 270CPF after my 4rm resale proceeds,would I be able to purchase a new condo at 900k ?
Based on tdsr, I have outstanding credit card, and personal loan of about 35k. Car loan is 1k per month.How much estimate can I borrow after paying the min 20% ?

Hi,

Will be glad to do some calculations but may I know what is your monthly payment obligations for your credit card and personal loan? Will need that to do an estimation of your housing loan based on TDSR requirements.

As for the 20% downpayment it seems like you have no issues, but may I understand have you sold the hdb already? Which condo are you keen on?

    Monthly obligations do you mean the minimum payment sum ? It's quite low but I always paid more than the min sum

Good morning,

You have no issue in paying for the initial outlay as a Singaporean or SPR based on your finances.

But I will always recommend my clients to apply for in principle approval first so they can gauge how much bank loan can they obtain.

Maybe let my banker advise you on this first?
