As my fellow agent friend had already mentioned, the latest transaction for Vitra was an 1119sqft unit at $1.1 mil or $983psf in May 2010. Current there is a unit selling there, 3 bedroom 1098sqft, asking for $1.18mil or $1,075psf. It was in the market for more than 4 months.

Therefore, if you are really serious to sell, you must be prepared to sell at or below $1,075psf.

I am quite familiar with D15, and I am currently marketing a few units at Telok Kurau and Joo Chiat area. I will be glad to include your unit to my list.
