The cluster houses around District 19 are going between $2.5 to $3m. As for the condos, depending on the size and projects that you are looking at, they ranges from $850k to $1.3m.
On buying for investment, you need to know your liquidity, holding power and period of investment. These factors would allow you to make prudent and decisive decisions.

For private investment, is best to get a condo as compare to cluster house as the yield is much higher and location is the most important like nereby MRT/amenties (as you are looking for investment meaning to get rental).
