Hi, for your budget of 780k, you would be able to purchase 2 bedroom unit at High Park. This project is one of those that are being marketed by my company, Propnex, and pls feel free to let me know if you wish to know any pricing or floorplan.

With your budget in mind, you could focus on either the 2 / 2+S unit. The elevation and facing would be best determined in line with your requirements. As for the price difference, I reckon there will not be able price revision for High Park as it is one of the best selling projects in Singapore thus far with almost 90% units sold.

Perhaps you could get in touch with me so that I can shortlist the ideal unit in accordance to your preferences with exact unit details (size,elevation,facing,price) coupled with the floor plan. To meet your size requirement, you can consider 2+S, last 8 units left from 760K (17th floor onwards)

3 bedroom will be beyond 780K.

with the rate of selling, 2+S should be sold out in one or two months time.
