Hi, I am Singapore PR and owning HDB since 2 years ago. I am intending to buy Malaysia property. May I know if I want t buy commercial property eg. shophouse, is there any restriction? Or if I want to buy private condo for investment, is there any restriction? Or can I buy after 5 years? Or can I buy if I setup a Malaysian company and put this private condo under Malaysian company? Please advise.
