Your options would be resale hdb or private condo, however for the former caregory, your spouse has to dispose her ownership in the overseas property. Good morning,

If you do not have the intention to sell away your current property, the best option would be purchase of resale private property. You can obtain mortgage from local bank with your income documents and letter of employment from your respective organizations.

You can opt for either a HDB resale flat, or a private residential property.

If you opt for the former, your spouse will be required to sell off the existing foreign property within 6 months upon completion of the HDB resale flat purchase.
