Hi, I am looking to buy a 5rm point blk in Ghim Moh or Holland area. However these flats are more than 30yrs, will there be any problem to get loan from banks ? Thanks

Morning,

As for bank loan, they can grant it to you, as long as the property does not exceed the age of 58.
Do note that the older the unit, the shorter your loan period.
