Hi i am looking for a 3rm simple flat.I am working as a driver and my gross salary per mth is $1600.I am currently staying in a rental flat.I am a married man with 2kids and my wife is a housewife.I got $40000 to $50000.I want to know if i can buy a hse.kindly reply to my question.thank you

Hi sir,

First of all, you need to know if you will be granted any housing loan for your purchase. Typically, you may seek housing loans from either HDB or any financial institutions to find out on the eligible loan amount, thereafter, will assist you in your house hunting.
