looking at the floor plan, there are only two sizes that we should focus on if you are looking at units above level 30.
From there, we can determine which blocks could be within your requirements of being unblocked. Do take note that some of the new HDB clusters are quite tall.
By the way, there are some existing 5RM flats available on the market. Have you view them yet?
