Hi I am interested in Shelford area. I am deciding between Shelfrod 25 and 23. I see that the psf asking for Shelford 23 seems significantly higher. Can anyone explain why is that the case? The location is the same and both are feehold with similiar facilities. Why should 23 be so much higher? Amy special reason?

Hi,

have u seen 10 Shelford? There are no bay windows and planters and priced attractively. My company is marketing the project and there are 1-bedder and penthouses available for selection.

Please let me know if you wish to visit the showflat.
