Hi,

You have to fulfill the below to be a real estate salesperson:
(1) Residence status must be a SC or SPR
(2) To meet minimum education qualifications
(3) To take a course on RES under any respectable academy.

Good afternoon,

You are eligible to apply to become a real estate salesperson if you dont hold on your financial consultant license anymore.

With at least 4 o level passes, you are eligible to apply for RES course under any academy providers. Thereafter you will be able to attempt the exams.

If you happen to be a graduate from real estate courses from Ngee Ann, NUS etc, you can apply to be a RES straight away.
