Hi,
I am a Singapore PR and working in the UAE currently. Pretty keen in investing in a condominium (2 bedroom preferably) with good rental potential and capital appreciation. The ideal property will be already rented one where the lease will be transferred along too.

Kindly pm me if you have some propositions/suggestions.

Regards,
Raj.

Good afternoon Raj,

Great hearing from you!

Btw do take note that you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as a SPR. Thus your initial outlay will be around 28% of the purchase price provided you can obtain a 80% bank loan.

1) 5% cash downpayment
2) 15% CPF or cash downpayment
3) estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty
4) 5% ABSD
5) legal fees, valuation fees, stamp duty for mortgage etc

Btw what's your budget in mind? So I can propose suitable units.

Hope to hear from you soon!
