Hi, I am a Singapore PR and my husband is Singaporean. can i transfer the ownership of my private property i currently co-own with my husband completely to him and buy a HDB resale flat as a first-time buyer with my brother?what are the additional costs involved (if any)

Afternoon Vid,

Being married, the law deem both of you as one entity. Transferring the private property to your husband is easy. To purchase a new flat with your siblings, both of you need to be orphans. But being in married status, your husband have to be an essential occupier, thus creating a STOP to the idea.
