Hi, i am a SC, have a hdb at sengkang central, already MOP, no loan taken on this purchase, flat already paid for. I am 45, income abt 7k, wants to buy a condo 2bdrm at sengkang area, preferably the new upcoming one opp Quartz, please advise hw much cash, mthly fork out plus all other cost, if cpf OA abt 100k at the moment. Wld it be better if i look into resale condos, do let me know the various options.Thanks:-)
