Hi , i already signed the OTS waiting for 1st appt...till date still urgently looking for 2nd flat. What if I m not able to shift out the flat in time...any penalty? Or if i changed my mine not to sell the house.?

Afternoon George,

I believe your agent will be able to assist or advise you accordingly.
The seller would be required to vacate the unit, one day prior to the completion appointment, to allow the buyer to come in for final inspection.
Upon the HDB completion appointment, it would be the time for seller to hand over the keys and the unit to the buyers.
If you were to default the sales, your buyer have the rights to raise a lawsuit against you, for breach of contract. They can claim for the damage fee from you, equal to the purchase price of the unit.
