Good afternoon, If you are purchasing alone as a SPR, you will be subject to 5% additional buyer's stamp duty on top of estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty. And it will be better to figure out what is your affordability before house search. May I know how much cash and CPF do you have on hand for the 20% downpayment and 8% stamp duties? HI, it depends whether are you looking at new launch or existing project, you can still get $4XXK for new launch. If its your 1st ppty then the additional buyer stamp duty is 5% for PR.
