Hi guys, I am PR owning a HDB flat since Nov 2007. Can I buy a condo now on my wife's name?

Afternoon,

Being a PR, you should have purchased your unti with Bank loan, without grant. As per ruling in 2007, your MOP period is only one year.
Hence you are eligible to purchase condo units now.
