To perform a contra, you will need to attain the HLE and have your financial computation work out properly. To market your unit, it would be good to start somewhere in Oct, depending on the purchasing requirements that you have in mind.

The sales and purchase process is a tricky one especially so if you are performing a contra.

I'd suggest that you do not rush into the marketing of your unit. Once MOP is attained, proceed to do the HLE and engaging of agents. Talk to the agents to understand the market conditions better in order to ensure that you have the necessary funds or prepared for the funds to be utilised for your purchase from your sales proceeds.

Many of times, owners rush to sell without understanding the market conditions. This is a tedious process especially so when you need to get ready to move, search for your next dream home, probably renovation planning and arrange with the marketing agent to conduct open house for your own unit.
