Hi Gurus,

My Unit(3A) in Bukit gombak can by all the races according to the ethnic integration policy by HDB.Is this advantage as a seller?

Without ethnic and SPR restriction, it's definitely more beneficial for sellers as their unit will be open to more buyers.

It should be an advantage to you since th pool of buyers eligible for your unit is more if there is restriction.
