Hi gurus,

If my combine income with gf is slightly above $8,000. Eg: $8,150. To my understanding we are not eligible for grant nor stay near parents. Can we appeal to get a resale and eligible for grant? Any agents done this kind of case before and succeed?

If can, we would like to buy asap if we like the house. Please advise. Thanks
