hi gurus, i m single SPR and getting married soon. am i eligible to buy EC ? what is the price range and any restrictions compare to buy private instead ? tks

Hi Angel,

You intend to buy a new EC or resale EC?

For new EC, the main applicant must be a SC, the gross monthly income must not be more than $12k, and you must not own any private property (local/oversea).

For resale EC, no restriction.

Hi Angel,

To be eligible for new EC, your other half must be a Singapore citizen.

If you are a 1st timer, there will be grant entitled even for the above combination.
