Hi Gurus,
I am currently staying in an EA flat in Punggol with less than 200k outstanding loan. Flat was bought in 2008 at less than 400k in the open market. I have 100k saving and 70k in cpf ordinary account. With the recent launches of ECs, being thinking of purchasing one for own stay. Price at about 750k.Please advise can i buy at this time?If yes,should i pay the 20% downpayment(DPS) and wait for TOP then sell my EA flat in 2014 or sell now and look for a flat to rent so as to cash out during this high COV period?
