Hi Gurus, am i able to withdraw my name from a property?

My mum recently bought a BTO flat (estimate key collection date Jan-Feb 2021) and had listed my name under co-occupant without my knowledge. Is there any way to withdraw my name as me and my boyfriend would like to apply for a BTO. Thanks.

Hi

This is a complex question to answer as you would need to know whether you are deemed an essential occupier or normal occupier. If you are just a normal occupier, there is no problem for you in applying or buying another flat without selling your mom's flat.
