I have a question in regards to the manner in which advertisement is placed. I noted that in a short span 4 weeks, the price that is advertised by the agent for a particular unit keeps varying, from $1.6m to $1.68m to $1.65m to $1.68m again. Isn't there any guideline that agent is suppose to comply with?
