Hi Guru. I need your enlightenment. I am confused! In your home valuation tool, a 1141sqf unit at the QUARTZ = 665K. But housing agents are telling me that the valuation is 800K. How come there is a 135K difference? Who should i trust? When i ask property agents to show me the valuation report, some told me it is confidential, some told me if i want, I need to pay to the bank to have 1. So, may I know which source is more reliable?
