Hi Guru,
Can anyone advise on Foresque residences?What is the potential if I hold till TOP.It falls under D23.Will it affect the resale value?I understand the showroom are not ready but alrdy there are agents marketing them.Also Tree house beside are not as pricey as compared to.Much Thanks!
