Hi
currently i have a 1 bedrm condo just TOP abt 2 mths ago.
I am thinking if 1 year later (hitting 35 yrs old), i should sell my place and change to a 3 rm HDB in the NE or AMK area ? Or continue to stay here as long as I can afford the instalments ?

Pls feel free to give ideas.

Hi Mary,

This is a pretty issue you have which most people will hope to have to consider.

Existing situation is that you need not be tied down to the Minimum Occupation Period which is mandatory should you purchase a HDB. You are free to buy any other private residential property and sell your existing unit.

The question here is if the lifestyle staying in HDB is comfortable for you and with the additional cash on hand after selling, do you have any alternatives to utilise these cash on hand for further investments to roll in more income?

Let me know if I may assist you in anyway further.

as to your question of keeping OR selling your condo, it all depends on your lifestyle and priorities, best part property prices is at peak now, you have choice to enjoy your condo or sell it now and take profit, ALL GOOD.

Please call me if u want me to sell your property.
