Hi,

Yes, but you will need to do a Will to enforce this. Because according to Singapore Intestate Law, if there's no Will, your surviving spouse will get the property (if it's owned jointly), and half of the share of the property (if it's owned by you), while the remaining half to be shared between all your children.
