Hi, Can someone teach me how to use Property Guru's market tools?

From main page, in the "Property Market Trends" box, click the link "More property price and valuation tools".. click "view market information" bubble button.... then you can see the Overall Market Performance charts. New and Resale. That is fine.

However, when I try to filter by selecting "region" or "property type", the charts are blank.

My guess is that the Y axis now become from 4 Million to 5 Million, instead of the index in Overall Market Performance rage of 80 to 120....

Anyone can help?
