Judging from your info provided, it looks great for a 1 or 2 bedder condo, But it is rightfully to check out your IPA (in principle approval) from bankers to advise accordingly on the possible loan amount based on TDSR since you have car loan. Which bank do you normally deal with and would you mind to arrange a banker of your preference to check this crucial info out first.
