hi all,

my unit is going to TOP soon. i plan to rent it out. upon renting, is the management fees payable by the tenant or the landlord. also, do we apply for the basic services like utilities, tv license etc. using the landlord or tenant's name?

any help here is appreciated.

Hi Francisca,

Management fee is paid by landlord.
Utilities will be borne by tenant, in which the tenant can apply to turn on the utility with his name. Upon his tenancy expire, he will cancel the SP supply.
