Hi all.
Im presently looking for a 3 or 4bedrooms penthouse unit ard the above location preferably in Punggol and Sengkang. Im also eligible for ECs as well. My budget is around 1.1 to 1.5million. Is there presently any new launches or resales that will suit me?

You may want to consider La Fiesta at Sengkang as well as QBay at Tampines.

Both projects are going to be launched to the public soon and TOP will be around 2017.

You may want to consider the new EC The Topiary at Sengkang. Within your budget. The Penthouse nit, size 2131 sq. ft. at $1.50M.
