Hi all, I'm Abdul 22 year old just started working & currently Single. Applied HDB loan currently with my mother & was approved at 184k who is a divorcee now age at 53 living without a property for 5 years. Now including joined CPF & HLE loan we have total of 279k to go for a 3-Room HDB flat. My mother has been trying to apply studio apartment as a single owner but HDB didn’t allowed us has my mother have not turned 55years old & holding 80+K CPF amount. I’m in a need for some advices & If future ahead I’m married & planning to buy a BTO flat with my wife after purchasing a 3-Room & therefore planning to sell off the 3-room flat to apply for BTO & HLE again with spouse. Is there any disadvantages for me ? is there any chances that my HLE loan will be lower or rejected ? or any grants to be forfeited in the future ahead when I’m going to start a family? Hope to see some advices from any guru & I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks, Abdul
