Hi All, i just bought a HDB 5rm unit from resale market. And i would like to buy the recess area infront of the unit(fm HDB). If anyone know, pls advise how do i calculate the amount I hv to pay for this recess area.(is it correct to calculate tis way - my purchase price divide by total floor aread & mutiply by the area of recess area ? ) Thanks in advance.
