Hi all,
I am considering buying a unit at The Vales EC at Seng Kang, and have visited the showroom once already. My fiance and I liked the units showcased at the showroom, but were worried about a few things:
1. The Developers: Given the Pasir Ris One DBSS fiasco, should we be worried about the quality of construction and the finishings?
2. Pricing: We are looking at 3BR (non-premium) units, of which there is still an ample supply. Will prices come down if we wait longer?
3. Alternatives: We understand that Sim Lian owns the plot of land adjacent to The Vales, and that it is also earmarked for an EC. Should we consider this as a viable alternative, and are there any similar ECs in the SGD700-800k/3BR region in the Seng Kang vicinity or better?
Thank you!
Regards,
DN
