Hi all Agents.

I have a shophouse now operating as a restaurant at Serangoon Rd, near to Lavender St junction.

It is newly setup fully equiped with grease trap, exhaust, stove n hob, feezers etc. Fully a/c. Total for 2 storey is 2000SQFT.

2nd level is partitioned into 6 rooms with double deck bed n a cupboard in each room. Approved to sublet by landlord with black n white, yield 3k/mth.

Takeover fee asking at 80k (Incl 3 mth rental deposit) neg. Letting go this place at 60% loss due to my wife's pregnancy.

Tenancy agreement starts from 01 Dec 09 for 3+3 (+3 cap at 20% increament). Rental per mth is 7k.

Good for catering, eatery (Chinese / Indian cuisine), SPAs, Backpackers inn.
