Hi agents, my fiancee n i r looking for a private apartment/condo.. our combined annual income is within the range of 75-80k.. we r in our mid 20s.. our CPF amt is little about 30-50k, on hand cash we have 200k. Will we be able to get 1 or 2 bedroom apartment ? with the above financial, what range of property price should we be looking at? Lastly, if we r taking a bank loan.. can we use our monthly CPF contribution to offset part of the monthly installment?
