Hi Agents, I like to check whether it is legal to rent out the whole unit or rooms of the new brought HDB flat.

Morning Stefan,

For new flat, you are only allowed to rent out the rooms, not the whole unit, as you have not attain the MOP yet.

you need to complete the MOP.otherwise, you risk the whole unit to be taken back by HDB.
