Hi, your worry is unfounded. This issue is between the other tenant and the landlord and it doesn’t involve you. Anyway, there is no case with this issue at all.

It sounds that the owner is not being responsible by agreeing to two LOI.
First, you will need to check with the other tenant whether he/she is going to insist to stay in that property. If he is not, then, the issue will be between the other tenant and the landlord. If yes, then the procedure is cumbersome. But in both scenarios it does not involve you..
