Hi agents, am looking to get a HDB as i have reached the age of 35 (single) but not able to sell off my 1 bedder unit. Have been trying to sell off my 1 bedder with the help of agents for almost a year but unable to do so. Unit is well maintained, but maintenance fees are a little steep and location is not great with only buses and amenities at 10 mins walking distance. Any advice?

I just optioned a 1 bed in kovan. 7 to 8 mins walking duration to MRT and amenities.

It may also be the pricing strategy of the unit. Just wondering if you received any offers for your property? I have sold 1BR units at Stratum and Palm Isles, similar attributes to what you have mentioned. The eventual buyer went ahead and the main appeal was the price as one is a single getting for own stay, the other buying for investment purposes.
