Can someone pls advise if there is a situation of tenancy dispute with the landlord (e.g. not justifying the deductions in security deposit, charging at their own discretion), what options does one have to lodge a complaint if the tenant is not present in Singapore (has to relocate etc) ? What is the average cost of engaging a lawyer to assist with this matter? Would appreciate advice on settlement options. Thanks a bunch!
