Hi,

1) This marital status is not affecting your purchase.
2) If you are still under Fiance/Fiancee status, the HDB will request you to submit your marriage certificate within 3 months upon completion.
3) So, you just need to bring your marriage certificate & copy on the completion day to update your marital status.
4) The actual certificate for show and a copy for the HDB retention.
5) You may also write to the HDB officer in charge of your case after the resale application submission to update your marital status to save you the trouble of bringing your certificate down to the site.

Hi,

There could be a slight issue during the resale application submission because you are required to declare the marital status as married, and in your case it would differ from the original HFE letter since its under fiance fiancee. You will probably run into some error code while doing the submission and need to call in to hdb hotline by then for advice on how best to proceed to the next step.
