I'm considering an apartment in Braddell View due to size and location. I'm however concerned about the exit options - what are the real exit options here - hold till enbloc? Is it true that the resale option will be difficult in 5-10 years as buyers will not be able to get appropriate loans from banks due to the age of the property. Please let me know your thoughts/advice. Thanks

Hi AC,

How likely will you be exiting the project given that you have identified that as a concern? I am asking this because the features of any projects are only features and will not benefit or disadvantage you if it does not apply to you. For example having a nice gym in a project maybe top priority for you who is a gym lover but rate low in my priority for me because I don't enjiy gym at all. If you have already identified that you will be selling it in the near future, then you should avoid purchasing this project altogether.
